VOCAS is 501 c3 non-profit organization, founded in 2015. Our main objective is to provide innovative housing and work opportunities for Veterans, Non-violent offenders, and Veteran offenders. We at VOCAS believe no one should be defined by their past. We are committed to making a positive impact on our community. VOCAS is a family oriented organization, who takes pride in our work. We are here to support, help, and encourage those in need to reach their full potential. We would like to personally invite you to learn more about VOCAS and how you can get involved.

Mark Linear
Founder/CEO
Mark is a passionate advocate for veterans and has dedicated his life to helping those in need. He is a Wayne State University Graduate in Downtown Detroit and served as a Chief Financial Officer for the Detroit Rehab Crew since 2018 and Chief Executive Officer for Giovonni Music Group (GMG)in the Detroit,Michigan & Las Vegas ,Nevada United States for 13 years.
Eugene Sharp Jr
Executive Director
Geno” as identified by his fellow Board Members has over 10 years of experience working with Property Preservation, Company Logistics and non-profit organizations. He is an excellent example of a Successfully remediated “Re-entry Citizen, within Greater Detroit and surrounding Great Lakes Area in Social and Logistical Work..
